ABOUT JANICE STEVENS

Janice, a native of Northeast Ohio, embarked on her real estate journey in 1991, marking the beginning of a dynamic career that has touched every facet of the industry. Starting with residential sales and managing a real estate relocation department, Janice quickly ascended to leadership roles, culminating in the ownership of her own Real Estate Brokerage today.Her extensive experience encompasses diverse roles, including steering one of Trumbull County\'s most successful real estate enterprises and serving on the management team of a prominent regional brokerage in Ohio. As Assistant Director of Mentoring and Assistant Head Coach, Janice mentored and coached agents to flourish in their careers. In 2015, she co-founded EvenBay Real Estate, which evolved into Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate in 2020, joining forces with one of the world\'s largest real estate companies, Coldwell Banker®.Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Janice has been deeply engaged in industry leadership. She held positions such as Past President (2018) of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of REALTORS®, served as a Special Political Coordinator for the Ohio Association of REALTORS®, and currently sits on the Ohio REALTORS® Board of Directors. Additionally, she contributed as a Mediator and Ombudsman for the association and served on the Board of Directors for MLS Now, the Multiple Listing Service database in Northeast Ohio.Janice\'s contributions have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the YCAR REALTOR® of the Year award in 2018 and consecutive Ohio REALTORS® President\'s Sales Club honors from 2019 to 2025.Janice\'s commitment extends beyond her professional endeavors; she actively supports the Mahoning Valley community through volunteer work with organizations like Toys for Tots, Habitat for Humanity, Beatitude House, and Mater’s Foundation, embodying her dedication to both personal and professional excellence.Owner | REALTOR®
