My work is about supporting leadership and personal development, positive change and improvement. As a consultant, facilitator, executive coach and supervisor, I work with a range of professionals, sectors and organisations bringing together my clinical, senior leadership, organisation development and coaching experience to work as a critical friend and partner. I help people face challenge and create purpose, navigate through turbulent or complex change and build more effective relationships; enabling difficult conversations, building on their strengths and realising their potential. I am also accredited to provide MBTI step 1 and 2, Motivational Maps, Emotional Intelligence and Firo B assessments, and, use these as part of my coaching and development offer. I am also an NLP practitioner.I have particular experience in working with clinicians, technical and life science experts on growing businesses, focusing their strategy and development plans to realise potential as they change and develop.
