   Conduct perf analysis for concerns raised regarding perf/promo outcomes for a particular protected status. • Conduct and deliver quarterly ER trends analysis to HR VPs highlighting investigations and ReOrg outcomes for their client organizations. • Advise HRBPs on day-to-day employee relations issues; assist with scheduling and logistics for trainings, meetings, forums, etc; develop and modify ER Team training materials and facilitate trainings, assist with maintenance and update of template documents and assist with creating and maintaining global consistency in our processes. • Provide support on and conduct Employee Relations Investigations. Review documents, compile and analyze data, draft investigation interview outlines, conduct investigation interviews, draft investigation reports; communicate with HRBPs, employees, managers and employment law counsel regarding employee relations issues; assist with maintenance and update of investigations database and documentation; primarily responsible for understanding investigations database functionality and ensuring that ER team is informed of relevant updates. • Provide project management coordination and guidance for HR Business Partners and managers on reorganizations. Advise HRBPs on reorg process, review business cases, communicate with HRBPs, managers and employment law counsel regarding reorg issues, maintain and update reorg documentation, reorg site and tracking tools, primarily responsible for reorg paperwork and tracking process improvements. • Prepare, track and maintain appropriate investigation and reorganization data and documentation. Advise HRBPs on performance issues, review draft performance plans, warnings and RTTs, and co- facilitate trainings. Conduct data analysis related to many different activities (e.g, ER metrics, performance, etc.).
