ABOUT JANICE RUESLER
My heart and passion lie in educating professionals, helping businesses understand how to train and retain staff, program innovation and implementation, and building future leaders. I often find myself utilizing the starfish method. I will continue to help others because while I may not make a large difference, I will impact at least one person, and that one person may impact many. My objective is always to provide quality services to individuals while helping them to set their own goals and direction. I have experience in consultation, staff training, development, and retention, program development and implementation, leadership coaching, regional and state conference presentations, educational environments, teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses, supervision, grant writing and review, and leadership.
