Owner and founder of Improve with Janice, LLC a life coaching experience for those looks to improve in various ways. I help people feel in control so their lives and relationships have more happiness and satisfaction.I concentrate on anxiety, self-confidence, conflict resolution, family/partner troubles, and self-worth (i.e. negotiating a raise, improving dating selections, moving past toxic relationships).My unique specialty is loss of hopes and dreams related to major life events (divorce, death of a loved one, serious injury, infertility/miscarriage, career change) and the grief related to losing the life you once pictured. Life coaching can lessen your pain while productively working through these difficult circumstances. I also coach family and friends of such struggling individuals to help allies better support their recovering loved one. Physical pain is another unique topic. Besides life coaching, I am also a Doctor of Physical Therapy—board certified orthopedic clinical specialist with an advanced manual certification—and see how mindset can make goals closer or farther.
