   I am the lead/product owner for all MAP Growth content, providing critical leadership on test building, item development, and alignment with industry trends and organizational priorities. I continue to work on defining and improving assessment accessibility, quality, and metadata application across products, content areas, and platforms. My focus for several years has been on creating processes and teams that are resilient and flexible while empowering people to make improvements in their work processes and products. I came into my first role at NWEA/HMH with deep ELA content and assessment knowledge as well as strong communication skills, which I have continued to refine. During my tenure here, I have cultivated a systems-thinking perspective and learned to embrace ambiguity as opportunity. I have had a chance to develop my problem solving and troubleshooting skills and realized how I thrive when given the chance to identify, define, and address complex issues. I have a record of success delivering large outcomes on time and within tight constraints. Most recently I led the development and release of over MAP Growth state-aligned assessments incorporating an enhanced item-selection algorithm.
