I have worked for the largest pool supply retailer in the world. I have mangaged three stores and have exceeded all of the set budgets, while tiering up three stores. I am a Senior Manager in control of all operations of the store and staff including sales for residential, commercial and service center customers, I have a complete understanding of P&L\'s, I hire only A-Team members, manage scheduling, labor, shipping and receiving, inventory control and merchandising. Other positions I hold are District Trainer/MTP Mentoring program trainer, which entails the training of new and old team members in all aspects of store operations for over twelve stores.
