As an experienced litigator and supervising attorney, I’ve been privileged to help clients through some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives.As a leader, I strive to build a work culture focused on accountability and excellence. I lead by example to help staff understand that mediocrity is unacceptable. I never do anything haphazardly – be it preparing for Court or developing a training module. I consistently deliver excellence in all that I do – and teach others to do the same.My professional passion is making a positive impact through my work. I’m driven by the fulfillment found in winning a favorable ruling, negotiating a solution to resolve a case without litigation, or helping a young attorney research a complex legal question. I enjoy the challenges inherent in legal work and find it gratifying to know my work has improved the lives of so many.My dedication to the rule of law, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to do the hard work that’s required to reach the desired outcome is why I’ve advanced through increasingly responsible positions with the State of Florida. My colleagues will tell you I’m approachable and always willing help. My optimism and reputation for irreproachable integrity have been key in forming and maintaining excellent relationships.
