ABOUT JANICE DUBIANSKY
As President of Westcourt Capital Corporation, Janice is responsible for overseeing all legal affairs and corporate initiatives relating to Westcourt in furthering the Company’s organizational and strategic objectives. She also serves as a strategic advisor to the executive team and departmental heads in regard to key business and management issues.Janice began her legal career in 2008 at Goodmans LLP as an associate in both the corporate tax and estate planning groups. In 2016, she joined Robinsons Law, a boutique estate planning firm, where she became a partner in 2018. During her years in private practice, she advised individuals, families, and closely held businesses on a wide range of estate, trust, tax, and succession planning matters.Janice has a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Queen’s University. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
