My role is to build the management capacity of non-profits through strategic planning, organizational re-structuring, team building and leadership development. I am also a certified facilitator and mediator and offer workshops to improve organizational performance including: conversational intelligence, conflict resolution, team building, strategic thinking, trust building, etc.
