ABOUT JANICE CHOI

Janice is a NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Manager who mainly works with public sector clients. Her clients profile includes UK national and local government bodies as well as HM Ministries and Departments. She has experience in managing projects of all scales (from circa £350k to £45m) and across all stages of the project lifecycle. Examples include feasibility studies for prison expansions, ECC management for college refurbishment, and design stages management for a border control post.A background in engineering makes Janice an excellent candidate for leading engineering and construction projects. Academically, she has proven success in achieving First Class Honour in Master of Aerospace Engineering and obtaining the Project Management Qualification. She is always proactive in professional development. She acts as a BREEAM Associate since 2022, leading the BREEAM certification process for new construction projects. She is looking to be NEC4 PSC trained in 2023. Janice is an open-minded leader. She appreciates suggestions with curiosity and adapts to changes readily. She endeavours to utilise project management, engineering, and innovation to create positive lasting changes to the community. Janice has a keen interest in the aviation industry and been on training to fly light aircraft. Cohering with her aspirations, she initiated Project DigniFly, aiming to improve the autonomy and hence flying experience of passengers with reduced mobility. She engaged with the aviation industry and the end users to scope the desired outcome. Following research and design, she devised a concept model of the mobility aid and the complementary airport logistics.
