Preparing verbatim the minutes of all County Commission meetings. I am the keeper of all records regarding the Board of Commissioners. I keep the list of County Boards and Authorities. I research for other departments and/or citizens for documents approved from past commission meetings. I attend department head staff meetings. I attend and prepare minutes for the Chatham County Pension Board, Chatham County Recreation Authority, and the Emergency Advisory Board. Generally, anything else needed for or by the Board of Commissioners.
