As the Founder & CEO of Stiletto Boss University (SBU), I empower young women through entrepreneurship, leadership development, and community engagement. SBU equips participants with business acumen while fostering collaboration, sisterhood, and real-world problem-solving skills.Key Achievements & Impact: Youth Entrepreneurship & Leadership Training: Designed and implemented a comprehensive curriculum that has trained 750+ young women in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business development. Grant Acquisition & Program Funding: Secured multiple grants and corporate sponsorships, including recognition as a 2017 United Way Charlotte grantee, ensuring the long-term sustainability of SBU’s mission. Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement: Established partnerships with Crossroads Corporation and Communities in Schools (West Charlotte & Harding), expanding access to entrepreneurial education for underserved youth. Ambassador Leadership & Training: Developed and led an Ambassador Training & Onboarding Program, providing 1:1 mentorship and monthly coaching sessions to ensure peer-led program success. Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Building: Partnered with Women Entrepreneurs 2.0 to support aspiring business owners, offering mentorship, resources, and a pathway to economic mobility. Through SBU, I am committed to equipping the next generation of women entrepreneurs with the skills, confidence, and network to create lasting change in their communities.
