Performance, Development & Leadership Coaching-Proactively partner with leaders to provide knowledge and guidance in performance management, coaching, compensation, people development, and how to lead teams-Partner with other P&C teams and specialists to develop people-oriented programs to positively impact business units and the organization.5. Data, Insights & Decision Support-Analyze and present people-related data to business leaders on a regular basis-Provide input and implement appropriate pieces of P&C-driven initiatives and programs.6. Employee Relations & Risk Management-Conduct internal investigations, as required, incase of legal or policy violations, with the objective of influencing resolution and mitigating company risk-Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
