I partner with the Vice Provost of Academic Strategy to lead strategic planning and research initiatives spanning multiple colleges and departments across the university. Co-designed an innovation diagnostic to identify strategic priorities, positioning the university as a leader in innovation.Delivered a strategic vision for a newly formed school - College of Science and Letters:• Authored a strategic plan for a new school, engaged 30 faculty and leadership in a 10-part workshop series to uncover challenges, align priorities, and co-develop solutions.Shaped Illinois Tech’s 15-year housing strategy:• Led research by recruiting and conducting in-person and remote interviews with 25 participants, utilizing techniques such as card sorting and value mapping to uncover graduate students’ motivations for choosing on-campus living versus renting. • Synthesized insights to inform market segmentation and student satisfaction drivers. Collaborated with the Strategic Decisions Group to develop financial models.
