I am a Graphic Designer with over 7 years of experience in the field of branding, advertising and design strategy in both corporate and mainline setups. Working as a designer with Mott MacDonald’s global and regional marketing teams has given me an opportunity to work with colleagues and clients from different cultural backgrounds which has moulded me to always think consciously before making any design decisions.

   I am responsible for producing and safeguarding Mott MacDonald’s brand materials in the South Asia, Middle East and Africa (ISMA) region. My main focus is to bridge the gap between global and unit level designers and external agencies to ensure on-brand communications materials across the region.My usual day as a lead designer involves working on a multiple projects like producing films from storyboarding to final production, creating digital and printed brochures, designing event branding materials, creating gifs and social media graphics, campaign collaterals, designing MM office spaces in the region by collaborating with architects and agencies and so on.I believe that a simplest problem has a potential to be transformed into a campaign thought if delivered effectively studying the correct target audience and I reflect that in my design processes.
