Excited to share my incredible experience atDenton\'s Pro Bono Clinic!Over the course of this placement, I will contribute to the clinic\'s mission by providing comprehensive administrative support. From welcoming clients and managing their registrations to organising files, scanning, copying and updating records, I will ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.Highlights of my experience- Streamlining client registration and meticulous file organisation- Ensuring accuracy while scanning, copying and updating documents- Delivering clear and compassionate communication to clients throughout their visit- Working closely with the clinic staff to maintain seamless operations- Demonstrating attention to detail and strong organisational skills in every task- Witnessing the unique opportunity to shadow solicitors, gaining valuable insights into client meetings and case preparation.This experience will not only hone my administrative and organisational abilities but also deepen my understanding of legal practice and the impact of pro bono work.Grateful to Denton\'s team for this learning and growth opportunity!
