Prior to launching Goodson | Kingsley, Jan served in executive leadership roles at Centerstone, one of the nation’s largest behavioral health providers, where she spearheaded business development, grant strategy, and service expansion efforts that drove $30–$60 million in annual revenue growth. With expertise spanning federal and private grants, workforce development, and organizational sustainability, Jan is deeply committed to and skilled at helping leaders and their organizations to thrive in an evolving economic landscape.
