Ich bin Jan - ich arbeite seit über 10 Jahren als Projektleiter und Berater im Bereich Office & Workplace Management, bin ausgebildeter Schauspieler und Coach mit den Schwerpunkten Kommunikation, Präsenz, Deeskalation und Resistenz. Meine Stärken liegen im teamorientierten Management auf Augenhöhe mit einer klaren und offenen Kommunikation, sowie der Fähigkeit strukturiert und lösungsorientiert akute aber auch langfristige Projekte und Herausforderungen zu meistern. Ich arbeite gerne mit motivierten und engagierten Teammitgliedern und versuche mit offenen Augen und Ohren die Fähigkeiten jedes einzelnen zu erkennen und aus allen das Beste herauszuholen. I am Jan - I have been working as a Project Manager and Consultant in the field of Office & Workplace Management for over 10 years, am a trained Actor and work as Coach with a focus on communication, presence, de-escalation and resilliance. I believe in a team-oriented management style at eye level with clear and open communication, as well as the ability to master acute as well as long-term projects and challenges in a structured and solution-oriented way. I enjoy working with motivated and committed team members and try to recognize the abilities of each individual with open eyes and ears and to get the best out of everyone.
