I lead e-commerce integrations for TikTok Shop’s FMCG vertical, managing onboarding for SMBs, key accounts, and global partners across platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, and Magento2, as well as tools like Zendesk and ERP systems. I troubleshoot post-integration issues and optimize performance.Key wins include designing a custom integration for Zalando, TikTok Shop UK’s first cross-border seller, via cross-functional collaboration, and assisting development of a new ART process to streamline third-party onboarding. As the TikTok for Shopify 1P connector expert in the UK+EU Partner Product team, I partner with the product team to enhance functionality and train account managers. Within this, I have created & distributed resources to improve understanding of the connector, and reduce post-onboarding issues.I oversee end-to-end integration solutions, process optimization, and team enablement to elevate TikTok Shop’s UK e-commerce operations.
