Jane Wiltshire is an accomplished IT executive turned leadership coach. Her coaching is grounded in real-world experience, drawing upon a successful 25-year career in Pharma and Information Technology. She has successfully delivered large-scale global programs from strategy through execution and has real-world expertise in helping executives with change leadership. At Pfizer, a $50B Fortune 500 company, Jane led the technology elements of $160+ billion worth of Business Development transactions and deployment of Microsoft 365 to workers.Jane is now focused exclusively on giving back to the IT community by coaching to unlocking the full potential of leaders through discovery and evolution of their authentic leadership style. She has advised and worked closely with CEOs, CIOs, VPs, Directors, Managers, and entry-level colleagues. Her areas of focus include leadership development, building and managing high performing teams, effective communications to executive leadership teams, and navigating complex and challenging environments. She is particularly focused on cross-functional and cross-generational leadership, enabling insights and connections that empower leaders to learn from each other. In addition to running her own coaching practice, Jane is a facilitator with the Society of Information Management\'s Regional Leadership Forum (RLF).
