I have designed and delivered training and education programmes to enhance the potential of facilities management individuals and team. I have helped many individuals to get ahead in their career in facilities management, through qualification and educational programmes. FM Tutor & Associates is a Recognised IWFM Centre, and licensed to provide courses at levels 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Facilities Management. The Centre will cease on 31st December 2020, due to retirement of principal, Jane Wiggins. FM Tutor is also approved by Careers Transition Partnership and ELCAS, supporting MoD services leavers to find a new career in Facilities Management.Personal guidance to enhance CV and career in FM is offered to learners and individuals - please contact j•••@fmtutor.co.uk or 07799 am an acclaimed author, writing for various publishers on facilities management issues. I have written articles and learning materials on all subjects that comprise the vast array of specialisms in Facilities Management. I have written the Facilities Managers Desk Reference, and this is given to all level 3 and 4 learners who sign up with FM Tutor & Associates Ltd. The third edition of this valuable source of information for both practitioners and students will be available in 2021.I have helped individuals and corporate clients to maximise the value-add contribution of Facilities Management. I have worked with several large organisations, designing internal learning & development programmes for whole teams, both inhouse and service providers. These include CloudFM, KBR, Formal Investments, Specsaver, Coventry Building Society, SGN, CRBE, JCI GWS, and UPP.I have also helped other training centres with adhoc support and consultancy - including Westminster Kingsway; Central London College; Newbury FE College, and Portobello.

ABOUT JANE WIGGINS

I am now retired, enjoying sailing, swimming, and enjoying a new life by the sea. I have worked in FM for many years and I have used this experience and knowledge to help others to grow and reach their potential. I have designed and delivered training and education programmes to enhance the potential of facilities managers, both individuals and the whole team. I started teaching Facilities Management in 2004, with adhoc lectures for various establishes such as Newbury College, Malpas, and UCL. I set up FM Tutor in 2006, as a sole trader. FM Tutor & Associates was created with a team of like-minded Associcates and was a Recognised IWFM Centre, licenced to provide courses at levels 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Facilities Management. FM Tutor is approved by Careers Transition Partnership and ELCAS, supporting MoD services leavers to find a new career in Facilities Management. I have tutored many hundreds of students and learners to get their professional qualifications.I am an acclaimed author, writing for various publishers on facilities management issues. My first commission in 1997 was a case study for CFM (Keith Alexander) about the British Airways Compass Centre. I have also created a range of learning materials on all subjects that comprise the vast array of specialisms in Facilities Management. I am the author of the popular Facilities Managers Desk Reference, published by Wiley Blackwell and just updated the 3rd Edition, which adds a new chapter. I have also helped corporate clients to maximise their FM teams\' value-added contribution to support the business. I have worked with several organisations, designing internal learning & development programmes for whole FM teams, both inhouse and the service providers. Clients include University Partnerships Programme (UPP), Johnson Controls Global Workplace Services, Norland, Specsavers, Grosvenor Estates, Friends Life, PepsiCo, JLL, QinetiQ, ISS, KBR, Coventry Building Society, Formal Investments, CloudFM and Southwark Council.
