The City of Edmonton’s Workplace Restoration Team supports the building of healthy workplaces, strong teams, and collaborative working relationships. The focus of Workplace Restoration is to support the building of strong, collaborative working environments across all departments at the City of Edmonton, promoting in-house solutions to workplace issues.As a Workplace Restoration Consultant with the City of Edmonton, I play a key role in fostering healthy and collaborative work environments across diverse departments. Since January 2021, I\'ve been dedicated to building strong teams and resolving workplace conflicts, empowering individuals and groups to navigate challenges and achieve positive outcomes.My work focuses on facilitating conflict management/resolution for teams of all sizes. This involves:* Large and small group restorations: Guiding teams through structured processes to address conflict, rebuild trust, and improve communication.* Facilitated conversations: Creating safe spaces for open dialogue and constructive problem-solving between individuals or small groups.* Circle facilitations: Using restorative practices to foster understanding, accountability, and healing within teams.* Conflict Management Coaching: providing one on-one coaching (CINERGY model) to improve the way individuals manage and interact in their interpersonal workplace conflicts and disputes. It is a future-oriented process that focuses on each person’s specific conflict management goals.I\'m passionate about helping create workplaces where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best. My goal is to promote a culture of collaboration and open communication, where conflicts are addressed constructively and relationships are strengthened.
