   As the Sr. Project Manager for the LPP Data Track Team, I build relationships and trust with my stakeholders with honesty, transparency, and continued commitment to open and frequent communication. I have been an advocate for the stakeholders repeatedly keeping the solution design on-track with the business needs, also improving operational efficiency, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.Key Accomplishments & Impact:Strategic Project Execution: Gotten leadership signoff on the identification of the Business-Critical Reports related to Retail Membership Origination and Credit Card and tracked the progression of the solution delivery to those requirements. Cross-team collaboration: Drove the collaboration with the Data Modelers across multiple teams (Data Track, EDP, and ODB), to account for the needs of each team while keeping an eye on the big picture as to not create tech debt. Operational Efficiency & Cost Savings: My proactive risk approach prevented missed requirements, and possible regulatory compliance issues that could have cost BECU substantial time and resources. Working with the Statements and Notifications team on the Report Inventory, I identified a Risk of missing a dependency, outside of my team’s scope, early on and connected Delivery Team with the Product Owners for alignment. Team Leadership and Mentorship: I fostered a positive and inclusive work environment, mentoring team members to elevate their skill sets to benefit them personally and professionally. I modeled the behavior that was expected from the team. I helped the team to stay focused on milestones and resulted in an increased sprint velocity significantly. Avg Velocity of effort at the beginning of 2025 ~ 18 and increased by the beginning of 2026 at ~ 124. The team has doubled in size, but the velocity has outpaced the growth.
