I am a dynamic program manager and workplace leader with 10+ years experience driving impactful programming and fostering inclusive cultures at arts and education non-profits and media corporations. My curiosity and passion for connection has pushed me to experiment with a variety of careers and creative experiences. Some of my favorite roles include Facilitator, Education Program Manager, Talent Manager (with a specialty in Emerging and Underrepresented Talent and Workforce Development) and a senior People Leader at a start-up.The common thread throughout all of my experiences? Building a culture of belonging and celebration was at the center.
