I have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Massachusetts School of Law. I studied law to further my passion for advocacy and justice.I am also a 3-time award-winning Healthcare Administrator with experience in research, executive leadership, management and business operations. I\'m able to pivot to new areas of business interest. Former positions include Director of Clinical Services and Director of Public Health. I also have a Master of Public Health in Health Services Administration & Management [Boston University], and I\'m a post-Harvard University Fellow trained in methods and techniques for Senior Executive Leadership & Management. I have successfully led the growth and profitability of areas of oversight through effective business management, increasing business volume while also maintaining stakeholder engagement. I have experience conducting data-driven research [epidemiology, biostatistics], strategic thinking, strategic planning, grant writing, developing and executing workplans, scoping and developing new business opportunities and access points, diversity, equity & inclusion, workforce management and development, managing business operations, program evaluation, surge capacity and emergency management, credentialing, maintenance of clinic license regulatory compliance with the state department of public health and with related state inspections, drafting memoranda of agreement, contract negotiation and management, preparing and managing budgets, procurement of medical-surgical equipment, supplies and pharmaceuticals, supply chain, logistics, conducting investigations into service or staff complaints, problem solving, dispute resolution, mediation, chairing management councils, designing and conducting marketing campaigns, and building and maintaining business partnerships.As an INTJ on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, I “value intelligence and knowledge, and seek to consistently improve things and generate ideas”.
