I am passionate about helping others eat healthy, real food. Whole foods as they are grown are both healing and energizing. The scientific evidence shows us the closer we get to a whole food plant based diet the healthier we will be. I can help you get started. I can help you through the transition so you can continue on your health journey and receive maximum benefits and nutrition from each meal. I find joy in guiding and educating students, student athletes, coaches, parents, working professionals and seniors about how our daily food choices can heal and give us energy and vitality. Economical, delicious and healthy meals are possible and can be quickly prepared at home for school, office and on the road. It is possible to balance health and wellness with a busy life. Working eleven years in the special event rental industry has taught me many transferable skills. Most importantly it has taught me to listen closely to understand the needs and wants of others. This includes clients, associates, and groups. Once I learn and understand the situation I can then offer a perspective and effectively provide solutions. I strategize quickly and solve challenging situations to implement positive outcomes. The special event industry has taught me how to create and execute \"Plan B\" and sometimes \"Plan C\" when \"Plan A\" is not possible.
