Duties include but not limited to: Conducting Safety Orientation, facilitating Building Life Programs such as the Monthly 5 Worker Luncheon to promote a positive safety culture among tradesmen. Review and approve trade partner\'s Job Hazard Analysis in preparation for jobsite onboarding. Evaluate and approve daily Confined Space, Ladder Permits, Surface Penetration, and Lock/Out/Tag/Out Permits. Conduct Incident Investigation using TapRoot and other tools. Conduct daily safety observations and document them into reporting systems.
