Experienced hospitality and education professional with over 25 years of instructional experience at the post-secondary level. Lead student groups for \"study abroad\" semesters in Europe. Design and deliver corporate programs for my own and the College\'s corporate clients in Canada, the Caribbean, Asia and Western & Eastern Europe. Seasoned consultant with over 30 years of experience in hotel and restaurant operations and human resources. Held senior HR positions with Delta Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Co-owned and operated a successful British Style Pub in North Toronto. Specialist in opening new properties and re-branding existing properties.
