About Janet Karam

An in-person or Zoom session is all you need to experience hypnosis in an effective and comfortable way. After we go over your issue, what\'s at stake, and the future you envision for yourself, I will guide you into a relaxed, resourceful state. During sessions, you will experience aha moments, and learn strategies and techniques to overcome your issue. After each session, you will reinforce your new thought patterns by practicing techniques and listening to the mp3 I create for you. As you practice individualized techniques tailored for you and your issue, your confidence in making the changes you desire will naturally grow. My goal is to quickly and effectively empower you to participate in your own healing as you achieve your goals.
