I have 25-years experience in higher education supporting students, faculty, staff and administrators to learn and change. I understand how learning works and why change evokes resistance. I also understand the power of possibilities and how developing strategies for contending with perfectionist tendencies, managing stress, generating calm, making decisions, and dealing with conflict (internal and external) fuels transformation.
