    As the first member of the Trailhead Foundation transition team, my responsibilities will include: Completing processing of final Summa Foundation gifts and completing end-of-month and end-of-year financial reporting. Managing and stewarding relationships with existing Summa Foundation donors who have transferred their pledges from Summa Foundation to Trailhead. Receiving, tracking and planning responses to community and donor inquiries while Trailhead establishes a grantmaking program. Helping to establish Trailhead’s donor relations procedures and culture. Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies for donors seeking modifications to existing restricted gifts. In my previous role as Senior Specialist, Donor Outreach, for Summa Foundation, I engaged donors and advanced philanthropic efforts by managing and executing an integrated donor communications plan.
