We have data scientists within the DC area segmented into the following groups: Data Science DC, Data Viz DC, Generative AI DC, Data Wranglers (Engineers) DC, NOVA Deep Learning, Women Data Scientists DC, Statistical Seminars DC, Statistical Programming DC, dHealth DC, Full Stack DC, GWU Data Science, Data Education DC, Data Innovation DC, Blockchain DC.May 2023; retired from The Institute for Statistics Education at Statistics.com as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnership. We worked with the American Council on Education (ACE) to provide credit transferable courses (and now digtial badges from Credly!); colleges and universities to accept them (have both an undergraduate degree and a MS program at Thomas Edison State University); our own certificate programs that constitute an in-depth work towards gaining knowledge & skills that has been transformable to folks in furthering their careers; corporate and government contracts to help teams gain the necessary skills.
