   Responsible for the coordination of North American Alliances & Partnerships contracts; including data license agreements, broker agreements, co-sell agreements, contract renewals, test licenses, and non-disclosure agreements • Draft and review new and existing contracts, responding to RFIs and RFPs, reviewing proposals, and ensuring compliance with all internal contract documentation and approval requirements, including royalty reporting, collecting information for periodic compliance audits, and securing applicable legal approval for non-standard contracts• Support the Sales Leaders and Account Executives throughout the Alliances & Partnerships channel• Maintain collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Delivery, Pricing and Support departments• Built and maintain a well-organized archive of over contracts and amendments, enabling access to all internal stakeholders• Developed and maintain a contracts database with over 900 entries and over 100 information fields, enabling rapid, actionable reporting• Create sales reports including, but not limited to: Pipeline, renewals, usage, year-to-date sales by month and quarter, etc.• Coordinated and launched new streamlined partner royalty and usage reporting process• Lead efforts to certify partner contract compliance
