Together, we provide new affordable homes for local people as well as services designed to sustain independent living and promote well being. We operate across the south west of England, owning around homes and building around 300 new homes each year. We are also building homes for sale and social rent and have a growing number of private rented apartments in the beautiful world heritage City of Bath. Because we are a charity, all the surpluses we make is reinvested into our core social purpose.In addition to housing, Curo provides award winning care and support services, enabling people to sustain independence; from homelessness services to helping people stay in their own homes as they get older or when they require a little more support for other reasons.We are an ambitious business that has grown annual turnover from £54m to £140m, enabling us to make an even more profound contribution to the social and economic well being of the south west region.
