ABOUT JANET WOOD
I started Silent Customer in 2008, after working in hospitality for over 20 years. Since then I have been fortunate to work with some amazing brands, supported by an incredibly loyal team. We also now work in other sectors so they can utilize our many years of insight into customer behavior and the evolution of expectations. More latterly I started a second enterprise to encourage more women into gardening as a second career. When Silent Customer was mothballed during the pandemic I helped older people in their gardens and learned from their years of experience. I realised there was a need for more female gardeners and WeWeed the directory was born.
