Boulder Crest is the home of Posttraumatic Growth (PTG). A national 501(c)3 organization, our mission is to train members of the military, veteran, and first responder communities through innovative programs which allow these heroes to make peace with their past behind, focus on the present, and live fulfilling lives.As Director of Philanthropy and a member of the Leadership Team, I manage a team of 5 to grow national awareness and raise $20 Million/annually in financial support of Boulder Crest through partnerships, corporate volunteer days, events, annual giving and monthly giving campaigns, donor stewardship, social media strategy, and grants. My goal is to create relationships and partnerships that lead to greater awareness of Boulder Crest\'s life-changing and life-saving Posttraumatic Growth programs for members of the military, veteran, and first responder communities across the country. At the same time, I seek to raise the philanthropic support necessary to allow Boulder Crest to provide these programs at no charge.
