Currently interested in helping government innovators succeed in establishing new programs, improving current operations through performance technology, and contributing to the quality of education and training in all venues, especially medical applications- Over 25 years of experience in the Department of Defense, primarily in leading edge training and performance technologies- Held executive leadership positions as the Executive Director of the Navy’s Human Performance Center and the Director of the Joint Advanced Distributed Learning Co-Laboratory- Established a number of organizations, including the Human Performance Center, the Joint Advanced Distributed Learning Co-Laboratory, and the National Center for Simulation- Initiated a joint program for sharing military simulation and training expertise with the National Institute of Justice and programs in live fire testing and training.
