The internet has made us all smarter and more impatient: “Don’t waste my time! Help me find what I’m looking for FAST!” I learned early on that the devil is in the details. By listening, observing and connecting the dots, I’ve helped create delightful user experiences, participated in the creation of brilliant designs and achieved the overall satisfaction of individuals, teams and customers. As a keen observer and connector of people I’ve mentored, socialized and led change in ever-evolving environments by fostering teamwork, achieving successful organizational collaborations, and resolving problematic issues. And I can whip up a gourmet meal all while texting [kidding about the texting]. I love learning new things and meeting new people.
