Accredited by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers; has met all current academic and mandatory requirements set forth by the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities International as a Certified Elevator Inspector in accordance with ASME QEI-1: ‘Standard For The Qualification of Elevator Inspectors.’ Witnesses annual safety testing in federal buildings. Performs traffic studies for new elevator/escalator design projects. Specializes in all building vertical transportation requirements including but not limited to: educational, residential, office, health care and laboratory facilities including specialty Vivarium transport.
