Results -Oriented Strategic Leader with over 20 years of experience in payments, ACH, risk management, electronic payments, payment systems and banking. Maintained strict compliance with all applicable bank regulations, risk management procedures, and payment strategies. Throughout my career, I have ensured compliance with federal regulations, ACH Rules, administered risk and fraud management across payment channels, and conducted periodic performance reviews and ongoing counsel, training and development for all staff. In addition, I developed, delivered, and managed a comprehensive member outreach program for financial institutions. I also have continued national involvement through the various groups: FedNow Community, FedNow Reconcilement Working Group, NACHA Risk & Quality Standing Rules Group, Oversight Committee Accredited Payments Risk Professional, Government Relations Advisory Group, the Product Innovation Standing Rules Group, Payments Innovation Alliance- ISO 20022 Toolkit, FedPayments Improvement Community, and the Federal Reserve Secure Payments Task Force. Throughout my career, I have managed projects, worked closely with customers, clients, and other Senior Leaders. As a Vice President of Membership Services, I play a key role in defining and influencing organizational strategy while managing all facets of Membership Services. I also play a significant role serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance and direction to financial institutions seeking to conform with industry best practices.
