   Janet\'s responsibilities and achievements in her role as part of the Global Incentives Solutions team have been supporting the Test Lead and managing the testing team. Her key tasks include mentoring team members, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely project delivery. Janet updates test cases, creates new testing files, develops UAT checklists, and performs testing for various scenarios across sprints, including US and Canada checklists, bugs, PBIs, and feature testing. She manages UAT file migration to Microsoft OneDrive, reviews test results, validates bugs, and collaborates with developers, UAT teams, business analysts, and support teams. Janet conducts ad hoc testing for multiple features and applications, including dashboards, reports, surveys, and antivirus systems. She performs development testing for jQuery upgrades and modernization applications, creates demo import files, and tests data sets in Sightline. She uses Azure DevOps (ADO) to document, track, and investigate defects, raising 223 valid defects during her tenure.Additionally, Janet manages LaunchDarkly feature flags, prepares feature testing spreadsheets, and validates production issues across environments. She collaborates closely with the development team to address Prod Hold bugs and ensures timely fixes. Her contributions include showcasing team members\' skills to enhance collaboration and performance. Previously, Janet contributed as part of a team working on finance systems for a medical insurance company, including CMS / MPY, COR, 1099, Bank Recon / Trecs, Blue Squared, Blue Magic, FEP, UPCS, and Mainframe. She used Excel and SpiraPlan to create test cases for interconnected applications across multiple environments, ensuring all requirements were covered. Janet executed test cases and sets for new functionality and regression, raised and managed bugs and issues, and reviewed detailed requirement documents.
