   Strategic leader at a family foundation focused on strengthening youth-serving systems through fellowships and grants. Partner with the Executive Director and a six-person staff to advance the Foundation’s mission and maximize its impact. Led the design and implementation of the Foundation’s first comprehensive evaluation framework, developed organization-wide learning systems, and built capacity for data-informed decision-making and impact reporting.• Led design and implementation of the Stoneleigh Fellowship program’s first evaluation (covering 15 years of grants); secured senior leadership engagement, managed external evaluators, and presented findings to the Board, informing program improvements.• Provided strategic support and mentoring to diverse Fellows through monthly coaching; spotlighted Emerging Leader Fellow by organizing a high-impact funder briefing on immigrant youth behavioral health, convening 15 foundations and 3 immigrant-led nonprofits.• Championed a culture of learning and data-driven decision making by establishing proposal vetting criteria, facilitating development of the Foundation’s first theory of change, and launching a monthly “data bites” learning series for staff.• Secured Foundation’s acceptance into the Kellogg Foundation-funded Impact Fellowships Network Research Consortium, boosting national visibility, expanding strategic networks, and enhancing evaluation capacity across fellowship programs.
