ABOUT JANET KARGBO

I’m a recent graduate of the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a passion for solving problems through data, collaboration, and process improvement. My professional journey began with internships that bridged my analytical mindset and operational skills, culminating in a full-time role as a Corporate HR Specialist at Anchor Glass Container Corporation. In my time at Anchor, I’ve had the opportunity to support production planning and supply chain operations, gaining firsthand experience in planning processes, cross-department collaboration, and operational efficiency. I now bring that same focus and drive to building strong teams and a positive organizational culture. Beyond the workplace, I took on leadership roles at the University of Tampa, where I served as Vice President of Internal Affairs for UT Diplomats and held positions as Director of DG Dialogues and Director of Alumnae Relations within Delta Gamma. These experiences taught me the value of communication, collaboration, and driving initiatives with a people-first approach. I’m passionate about combining data-driven insights with strong organizational processes to create meaningful results, whether in production planning, HR, or supply chain management. As I grow in my career, I’m eager to take on challenges that require strategic thinking, leadership, and an analytical lens to drive organizational success.
