I help leaders create their most powerful and impactful presence. I have helped thousands of leaders learn to be more conscious of their own thought patterns and mindset, what they say & do, how they appear, and how they make others feel. As a result of moving from unconscious to intentional and deliberate choices, they exhibit a more grounded type of confidence, develop better relationships, establish solid leadership credibility, and build reputations as inspirational leaders who get results by bringing out the best in others. We don\'t focus on merely helping you attain an external facade of executive or leadership presence. While your external image is certainly part of your presence, we believe that a truly powerful presence is not an act or a facade. The power of your presence transcends the role you occupy. It is sourced from the inside-out and is created by you every single moment with each choice you make.We help our clients learn to make more conscious choices to show up as more powerful leaders in every aspect of their livesJI International offers results-oriented executive coaching, leadership team consulting, workshops on leadership presence and emotional intelligence, and design and delivery of a variety of leadership programs/workshops, including programs for women leaders.

ABOUT JANET IOLI

I work with high-performing leaders who are ready to lead with more clarity, presence, and self-alignment—whether they’re preparing for what’s next or rethinking how they want to show up right now. Some are navigating new roles or greater visibility. Others are pausing at a personal or professional crossroads, asking: Is this still the life I want? Regardless of where they are, they’re ready to make decisions not just based on ambition—but on personal alignment, purpose, and impact. With over 25 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, organizational development, and talent strategy, I’ve led internal transformation initiatives at Fortune 100 companies like Cigna, USA Today, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman. I understand the internal realities of leadership—what it demands, and what it often costs. Now, through my company JI International/Power Presence Academy, I advise global leaders, coach senior executives, and facilitate deep development experiences for individuals and teams. I also teach in executive programs at American University, UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business, and St. Gallen University’s Global EMBA. My approach blends research-backed insight with real-world leadership experience. I help smart, driven people pause, recalibrate, and move forward with more focus and less reactivity—whether they’re trying to refine their presence or reimagine what success looks like. I’m also the host of The Inner Edge podcast and the creator of The Soul Search Sessions—a retreat and group coaching experience for recovering overachievers, perfectionists, and people pleasers who are ready to reclaim themselves and create what’s next. I bring a global perspective (shaped by my international upbringing), a psychology-informed approach, and a track record of helping leaders do the work that actually shifts how they lead—and how they feel doing it. What I’ve learned is this: You don’t have to start over to shift your path. Sometimes it’s about tuning in, recalibrating, and intentionally choosing a path that aligns with who you are becoming now.
