ABOUT JANET GWILLIAM-WRIGHT
I\'m an award-winning leader of large teams and organizational change, I have over 20 years of experience in social policy, social services and public administration. As Co-Founder of Bloomwell Partners LLC, I bring all of my professional and personal experience to working with leaders at all levels to understand the impact of grief and loss in the workplace. We are a mission-driven training company that believes anyone can develop more compassionate and grief-informed management practices. I started my career in academia, transitioned to social services where I worked with women and families experiencing homelessness, did housing outreach and homelessness prevention and child welfare. After completing my Masters of Public Administration at Queen\'s, I joined the Government of Canada where I am now an executive. I am a passionate leader of people and my areas of expertise include advice to senior leaders on transformation, organizational change management, policy and partnership building as well as issues/crisis management.
