PROFILE As a property manager, building strong relationships, understanding Florida CAM laws, Roberts Rules, property compliance, budgets/ financials, preventative maintenance, contract negotiations, vendor management, staff training, and thorough communications, are skills sets I’ve developed over the last several years. Due to the nature of property management, we will consistently face changes in legislature, regulations, economies, providers, Board members, and homeowners, therefore, maintaining flexibility, transparency, organization, people skills, and leadership are part of my best practices.Janet joined Castle Group as an Onsite Manager from August 2020 through January 2023.Her past Property Management portfolio consisted of a variety of Homeowners, cooperatives, condominiums, and Master Associations. Managing over 1800 doors with turnover, large-scale communities, and resort experience.knowledgeable strengths include budgets, compliance, minutes, vendor management, newsletters, and responsiveness.Every day I learn something new in the Community Association Management Industry.Janet is a product of The Hyatt Regency\'s Service Standards and Culture with a passion for the Hospitality Industry. The hospitality skill sets gained during the 12 years with the Hyatt Regency Sarasota\'s Convention Resort, formed a well-rounded foundation and natural segue to transition into the property management industry. Now an LCAM, CMCA, and AMS, Janet continues to learn and apply this knowledge to help her team, company, family, and Associations in her care in the property management industry.
