As founder and President of Federal Concrete, Inc, I built one of the fastest-growing WBE-led firms in the Northeast, scaled it to over 400 employees across multiple states, and successfully positioned it for acquisition within six years. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for strengths in financial strategy, risk management, organizational leadership, and operational excellence. I specialize in implementing systems that drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and improve profitability. I’m also experienced in negotiating complex contracts, overseeing union labor relations, managing multi-state operations, and leading successful audits with external regulatory agencies. Following the sale of my firm, I took a five-year global sabbatical, traveling to more than 40 countries across the continents.
