   Responsible for management and administration of the Bank’s Publications Department. Publication Department is responsible for maintaining, updating, and distributing Bank policies and procedures along with managing the online policies and procedures library and access. This includes researching, developing and writing new, or editing current, policies and procedures (P&P) for various business units throughout the Bank. Ensures the Policy and Procedures software, library and settings meet the Bank’s processing requirements. Primary vendor manager for the software and insures all vendor oversight, controls and signoffs are performed to the Bank’s Vendor Policy and Procedure standards. Performs evaluation, selection and deployment of any new P&P software to meet the Bank’s evolving requirements for appropriate end user experience. Department is responsible for production of end user documents including internal communications, P&P documents, operating manuals, eManuals, job aids, reference tools, and training guides.
