I work to build genuine, transparent, relationships with all levels of employees so that I can be effective in delivering organizational initiatives and improving the workplace culture through cross-functional departmental cooperation. Working as a senior human resource leader, I have learned to recognize what sets apart successful organizations from the rest. I\'m honored to serve the Tennessee Valley Human Resource Association as VP of Programs where we make an impact on area HR professionals by creating a community for professional growth. I\'m a recipient of the 2019 Human Resources Professional of the year by TVHRA and 2022 Human Resource Management Excellence Award by Tennessee SHRM.For fun I like planning my next trip to beautiful Kaua\'i, gardening, mentoring, snowboarding, gaming (Age of Empires), learning foreign languages, collecting Fiestaware, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains, and last but not least cheering on the VOLS!
